  • Checklists with due dates, progress tracking, and assignees
  • Schedule with attendee tagging and location
  • Runsheet built for coordinators working on the floor
  • Day-of confirmation mode with deviation logging

Checklists

Every task, tracked until it's done.

Build checklists for every phase of the event — venue walkthrough, vendor confirmations, day-of setup. Assign tasks to team members, set due dates, and track progress with a completion bar. Overdue items surface in red so nothing waits until the last minute.

  • Multiple checklists per event — one per area if needed
  • Due dates with overdue highlighting in red
  • Assignees for team accountability
  • Completion progress bar per checklist
  • Filter by completion status and upcoming due date

Schedule

The timeline everyone is working from.

Build the event schedule as a chronological list — ceremony start, dinner service, speeches, first dance. Tag each item with the people or vendors involved. Your guests can see a version of the schedule on the landing page. Your team sees the full version with all the detail.

  • Date and time ordered, grouped by month
  • Location field per item
  • Attendee tagging — team members, vendors, or guest groups
  • Past items hidden by default, revealed with a toggle
  • Schedule items from floor plan sessions sync automatically

Runsheet

The coordinator's view, built for the floor.

The runsheet is minute-by-minute. Timed blocks and cue points, each with vendor assignments and visibility settings. Your coordinator works from it on the day — confirming items as they happen, flagging anything that runs late. It's also the view your vendors see when they need to know exactly when they're on.

  • Timed blocks and cue points in a visual timeline
  • Vendor assignment per runsheet item
  • Visibility settings — internal, vendor-visible, or guest-facing
  • Overlapping items shown in parallel columns

Day-of mode

Running the event, not just planning it.

When the event date arrives, the runsheet activates day-of mode. Tap to confirm items as they happen. If something runs late, flag it with a reason and a revised time — that log becomes your post-event record. Export the runsheet as a PDF for anyone who needs a physical copy.

  • Day-of mode activates automatically on the event date
  • Confirm items with a tap as they happen
  • Flag deviations with reason and revised time
  • Actual start times recorded for each item
  • PDF export for print and offline use
