New

Pricing page

The pricing page is now live. It includes a per-event calculator where you can select your event type and guest count to see your price instantly, plus details on the Planner and Organisation subscription tiers.

New

PWA — add to home screen

Evetera now works as a Progressive Web App. You can add it to your home screen on iOS and Android for a full-screen, app-like experience. On iOS, tap the share button and choose 'Add to Home Screen'.

New

Offline access for day-of pages

The runsheet, seating plan, vendor contacts, and floor plan are now cached for offline use. If you lose connection on the day of the event — which happens at venues — the pages you need will still load.

New

Onboarding questionnaire

After creating an event, you're now guided through a short questionnaire that captures your event context — type, guests, style, key priorities. Your answers pre-populate sensible defaults across the workspace.

New

Organisation accounts

Venue organisations can now create a shared workspace with their team. This includes venue master floor plans, layout templates, preferred vendor directories, and reusable checklist, runsheet, and schedule templates — all applied to events your organisation takes on.

New

Vendor email bridge

Vendors can now reply directly to their briefing emails and those replies appear as comments in Evetera. No portal login required — they just hit reply. Useful for quick clarifications that don't need a back-and-forth.

New

Communications inbox

A central inbox showing all comments across your event — grouped by runsheet items, checklist tasks, schedule items, and vendor briefs. Unread counts shown in the sidebar. Realtime updates so you don't need to refresh.

New

Event dashboard and notification bell

The event dashboard now shows a summary of everything that needs attention — RSVP progress, overdue checklist items, upcoming schedule, vendor status, and recent comments. Notifications appear in the bell icon and update in real time.

New

Runsheet day-of mode

When the event date arrives, the runsheet activates day-of mode. You can confirm items as they happen, flag deviations with a reason and revised time, and track actual start times. Built for coordinators working on the floor.

New

Runsheet PDF export

You can now export your runsheet as a clean, printable PDF. Useful for sharing with vendors or venue staff who prefer a physical copy on the day.

New

Seating plan

Assign guests to seats by dragging them from the guest pool onto table chairs. Supports multi-select, party grouping, dietary view mode, and an auto-assign algorithm that respects party and tag groupings. Versioned — you can branch, name, and promote seating plan versions.

Improved

Floor plan canvas — chair ID stability

Chair IDs are now stable across edits. Previously, editing a table configuration could reassign chair IDs and break existing seat assignments. This no longer happens.

New

Guest landing page and RSVP

Guests now receive a private link to your event's landing page. They can RSVP, record dietary requirements, answer custom questions, and — if your event has a seating plan published — see their table and seat. The landing page is built by the host using a drag-and-drop component builder.

New

Floor plan builder

Draw your venue layout, place tables with configurable chair arrangements, add zones and custom shapes. Canvas state is saved automatically. Versioned — named snapshots can be restored at any time. Built on react-konva.
