Phase 1 of the Evetera beta is focused on working directly with planners and venue organisations. You're among the first people using it on real events — you'll see things before anyone else, and occasionally things that don't quite work yet. Your honest reactions to both are exactly what we need.
Host access will open up gradually as we refine the product. If you're planning a personal event, you can join the host waitlist.
What to expect
The product is real but unfinished.
Core workflows are functional. Some things are rough around the edges. Some things may break.
Your feedback shapes what gets built.
When something frustrates you or something delights you, say so. That direct line to the product is the most valuable thing about being here early.
Feedback is casual, not formal.
No surveys, no structured sessions. Just honest conversations as you go — a message, a call, a mention when we next speak.
Things will change.
The product will look and work differently over the beta period. The changelog tracks what has changed.
What we ask of you
- Use Evetera for your actual event — not a test scenario.
- Tell us honestly when something doesn't work or doesn't make sense.
- Tell us when something works well — positive signal matters too.
- That's it. No structured commitment, no time requirement beyond using the product for your event.
Your founding member status
As a beta participant, you're a founding member of Evetera. When we launch publicly, you'll be offered a permanently discounted founding member rate as recognition for being here first and helping shape the product. Details will be shared before public launch.

Your account is ready. Create your first event and work through the onboarding questionnaire to set it up. Use Evetera on a real event — not a test scenario.
Go to EveteraVenue organisations
