Draw your venue. Seat your guests.
Build the floor plan once, assign guests to seats with a drag, and let dietary requirements find their own way to the right table.
- Canvas-based floor plan builder — no design software needed
- Round, rectangular, banquet, and cocktail tables
- Drag-and-drop seat assignment with dietary view
- Multiple seating configurations for multi-session events
Floor plan builder
Your venue, drawn exactly as it is.
Place tables, draw room zones, add fixed features like a stage, DJ booth, or bar. Configure each table — its shape, size, and number of chairs. Everything is saved automatically and can be versioned, so you can try layouts without losing what you had.
- Round, rectangular, banquet, and cocktail table types
- Adjustable chair count per table
- Custom shapes for stages, booths, dance floors, and more
- Zone drawing for room boundaries and areas
- Named layout versions — restore any previous state
Seating plan
Assign 120 guests in an afternoon, not a weekend.
Your guest pool sits alongside the floor plan. Drag guests onto tables, click empty seats to assign, or let the auto-assign algorithm handle the first pass — grouping parties together and respecting tags. Swap seats by dragging. The seating plan is versioned, so you can branch and experiment before committing.
- Drag from guest pool to table or seat
- Auto-assign groups parties and honours tag groupings
- Multi-select for moving several guests at once
- Seating plan versioning — branch, name, promote to active
Dietary view
Every nut allergy, visible at a glance.
Switch to dietary view to see every seat colour-coded by dietary requirement. Your caterer can see the same view. Your guests' requirements travel with them — if you move a guest to a new seat, the dietary marker moves too. Nothing needs to be updated separately.
- Dietary view mode toggle — see the whole room at once
- Colour-coded by requirement: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more
- Visible to vendors with access to the seating section
- Updates automatically when guests or seats change
Sessions
Different seatings. Same floor plan.
Some events have more than one session — a cocktail reception and a dinner, or a ceremony and a breakfast. Each session has its own seating configuration based on a specific layout version. You manage them from the same workspace.
- Multiple sessions per event — each with its own seating plan
- Each session references a specific floor plan version
- Session times sync to a schedule item automatically
